Priprioca Oil has a warm, earthy scent with a distinct woody and slightly spicy character. It opens with a soft, sweet, and somewhat balsamic note that quickly develops into a deeper, more resinous aroma, reminiscent of vetiver but with a unique twist. In a formula, it acts as a grounding base note, adding complexity and richness, particularly in oriental and woody compositions. It pairs well with other earthy materials like vetiver and patchouli, as well as with floral notes that can benefit from its warm undertones. The typical dose in formulations is around 10.000%.
