Ultravanil is a big comfy bowl of warm custard. In addition to its bold vanilla qualities, this material has a discreet caramel edge and a clear phenolic depth with woody and spicy undertones. Four hundred hours on blotter makes this one of the most tenacious vanilla materials available. Use it to boost vanillin and ethyl vanillin in any composition — even traces add remarkable depth and longevity to vanilla accords. The phenolic backbone gives it staying power that lighter vanilla notes simply lack.
