Cardamom Absolute is a rich and long lasting extraction from green cardamom pods harvested in Guatemala. It has a similar profile to the essential oil but is much more intense. Despite being an absolute, it has a rather interesting and vibrant top note presence with a clear ginger nuance making it very useful from top to bottom as a replacer or booster for the oil. Owing to the high cost we offer this pure and diluted to 10% in natural triethyl citrate, an odourless extract from citrus.
