CAS: 4940-11-8

Ethyl Maltol was thrust in to the public consciousness with the launch of Thierry Mugler's Angel (1992) by Olivier Cresp and Yves de Chirin with what would now be considered a rather tame dose of 0.5%. Now more commonly found in quantities up to and beyond that of Baccarat Rouge 540's generous 2%, this is absolutely a must-have material for modern perfumers. Pair's beautifully with our Signature Vanillin and Sotolone . — Fraterworks
