Historically Haitian origin vetiver played second fiddle to the Bourbon type (now from Madagascar) but in more recent times tastes have shifted and the Haiti type is now preferred. LMR produced the finest qualities and so it is their stock we have. The price on this material is as good as we can get it but due to unrest in Haiti (as of writing in 2024) supplies are becoming scarce and costs will increase so get it while you can! We will continue to supply it as long as we can get it and LMR will be resuming production once peace returns to Haiti.
