This chemical mirrors much of the effects of its older cousin but with the added advantages of greater stability and less susceptibility to discolouration. Methyl Diantilis works brilliantly in both the heart and base of a fragrance, enhancing florals, vanilla and spicy blends. It complements rose, ylang-ylang, and jasmine for soft and balanced compositions, it enriches blends featuring vanilla, amber, and tonka bean, and it adds warmth and complexity to masculine tobacco and leather accords.
