Supercritical CO2 extraction captures what steam distillation cannot — the full aromatic spectrum of fresh elemi resin, including volatile compounds that heat would destroy. The result is cleaner, greener, and more vertical than the conventional oil. You smell the resin as it actually is: bright, peppery, lemony, with a green facet the distilled version lacks. Where the steam-distilled oil can feel broad and slightly blurred, this SFE reads as focused and precise.
