Pistachio and salted caramel, taken out of the pastry shop and dressed the way an Omani house would dress them: over frankincense, iris and a salt-crusted ambergris. The opening is bergamot and pink pepper with a green pistachio kernel underneath; the heart is a roasted, creamy nut folded into butter caramel and a whisper of saffron and rose; the base is sandalwood, incense, tonka and three musks that stay on skin for a day. Sweet where it counts, dry everywhere else, and deliberately unisex. It is the result of several rounds of tests on the bench, weighed and re-weighed until the pistachio stayed green and the caramel stayed salty. We hope you love it as much as we do.
